ABOUT US

Massimo Baldini is a proven serial entrepreneur and operator who, in the past 16 years, started and sold two tech companies in the automotive space (the first to Ford Motor Company). He holds a Master Summa Cum Laude in Chemistry from Univ. of Genoa and an MBA from Univ. of Chicago. Additionally, his wife has been an owner-operator of an online food delivery marketplace (caternation.com).

Massimo has now started a new company leveraging his passion for great food, Italian roots and connections. 

Specifically he has created a B2B manufacturer and distributor of Focaccia, in particular Focaccia al Formaggio, which is a specialty focaccia, well-known in the area Massimo grew up in (Genoa, Italy) but fairly  unknown in other parts of Italy and in the USA.

CFG’s legacy will be the introduction into the US market of a delicious, authentic specialty food, American customers have been missing out on.
